I’m from Greater Boston and have lived in RI for 25+ years. MA definitely has its advantages but RI has come a looong way.

I used Annie Fox, she has a good network and got us the house we wanted and needed. There’s also Kimber Pope-Kettlety, she’s like the queen of So County real estate so I’m not sure if she’s accepting buyers as clients.

Cardi construction and Cardi’s furniture are family; I believe they’re first cousins. Their grandmother started the original business and it split into furniture and construction.
