Hmmm good thought but, instead of building it in an enclave within a residential district, I think it's better directly on top of one of the 3 main transportation hubs of the entire region (which very importantly promotes SEPTA usage), while still preserving the history and culture of any neighboring enclaves that may have established themselves directly smack in the center of the region's commercial district.

Disagree that the subway, the El, trolleys and the RR are "never confusing". The way these trains are referred to colloquially can't even be agreed upon (ex, newer residents and tourists don't know the BSL is "the subway"). SEPTA's new wayfinding and renaming can't come soon enough.
