Australia. And in Germany its often called broccolini too, or sometimes "Baby-Brokkoli". I've never heard it called tenderstem broccoli.

You would be surprised how many American meals are actually old world/European recipes by origin.

Unfortunately Lingonberry is not a common product where I live.

Where I live the next Ikea is 1,345 km away.
We're by no means a small town though, and I think some of the more specialised grocery stores in the city centre have them, but I couldn't be arsed driving the 30min there. So Coles cranberries are just fine 👌

Not burnt and cooked all the way through. Could be my shitty phone camera, could be you screen, who knows. The husband didn't complain, and he is honest with my cooking.
