I don't see SOCOM mentioned much anywhere anymore but I had a friend who was so diehard into it that the people he played with regularly would all fly out to Vegas yearly and hang out in person.

I guess that might not be that strange nowadays, but back then that was pretty hardcore.

Check out some roguelites like Enter the Gungeon and Binding of Isaac. They have hours of playtime/variety and can run on a baked potato.

Xbox with Game Pass is better in terms of value for your dollar if you want to play old games.

PS5 is better if you want to play the latest original exclusives. Playstation exclusives stomp on Xbox exclusives.

That's really the main difference.
