Retaining an existing client is cheaper and equally (if not more) important than gaining a new one. Repeat business is the name of the game.

A Mercedes commercial for example - they don’t air during the Super Bowl to convince a GMC Denali driver to buy a Mercedes, they air to remind Mercedes drivers how great their car is and what’s new so they renew their lease.

Since it’s been syndicated for as long as it has I would occasionally catch an episode on tbs or fx that I found pretty funny. Like most, I dropped the show ~20ish so years back, but will admit somewhere around S16/17+ it found it’s third (fourth?) wind and had a somewhat crisp feel to it.

Towards the end of staying in all the time I realized I had 3 shows set on my dvr and it was the Sunday night fox lineup (Simpsons/Bob/Family Guy). In my 30’s 😅. Too bad they didn’t find a show that could fill the gap between BB and FG.

Haven’t watched in a while but did enjoy the nostalgia viewing for a while, and still love BB.

Sopranos were a single family yea? Or at least the family goons/workers etc..

The Wire shows the corruption across a city, and the systemic problems it faces, up to the state level even (and international to an extent)

They did easy because there’s like 10 chars max.

There’s ~10 cops assigned to Barksdale’s case. There’s ~10 crew members in the towers. There’s ~10 east side characters to pop in and out (Joe & such), and 10 members of the court system (lawyers/da/judges etc) and at least 3 street characters (bubs/his boy*/wayland)

I don’t think it’s supposed to be easy.

*forgive me y’all - drew a blank on the name of bubs’ underling.
