Silloway’s Maple in Randolph might. They have an open house the next couple of weekends. Worth a call. Best maple creamee I’ve had.

We did the reverse. We moved from CA to VT. We use a property management company to oversee the house in CA. I would say go with a company because they will vet potential tenants and take care of coordinating issues but I would also have a trusted also keep an eye out. It’s really hard to be 3,000 miles away from a property.
