So the mini drone is tethered with wire/rope to the large drone 300ft above? Sounds like a recipe for disaster if the small drone gets snagged on something. Situations like this have taken down full-sized helicopters.

That number actually does include those killed by meteorites as the number is 0.

In addition to sustaining life, water can be turned into rocket fuel on the moon, so it could be a lunar gas station rather than needing transport from earth where it takes way more fuel just to reach orbit.
