I had to deal with a guy like this. But he got his. I was a manager at BK and I got transferred to a different restaurant. Soon after starting there I heard employees fighting over, "who's turn it was to take care of the mess the creepy old guy left in the bathroom". To my horror, and apparently he did this quite often, but he stole all the extra rolls of tp and any paper towels he could find in the bathroom. Shoved them into the toilet and then took a big shit on top of it. The mess was so bad you had to scoop it out. We had two entrances for customers, one was down the hall across from the bathrooms. So he would come in there and sneak back out, but a couple employees knew what he looked like. After dealing with this a few times, I broke the rules and started locking the extra entrance. Not long after an angry customer came up to the counter wanting to speak with the manager, so I asked him what was wrong. He demanded to know why the back door was locked. So I told him some weirdo was clogging the toilet and then using it. He got even angrier and stormed off. That's when the staff started laughing and informed me HE was the wrido. We never had that issue again.
