You can buy special products for this. If you want to try household items first, try making a paste out of baking soda, salt, and water. Let it sit on the stain for a bit and then add some more water and scrub the sheet by rubbing it against itself (the salt granules will do the scrubbing part). It works better if you haven’t tried to wash it already but it might be worth a try.

LPT: don't be the kind of parent who is so self-centered that you get disappointed when your baby is learning how to mimic sounds of human speech that they may or may not even understand yet instead of just being glad that your baby is learning and growing and happy.

Reply to [LPT Request] I have a vocally loud family and sometimes I can often hear them when in my room when I need silence. is there anything I can do to dampen their sound in my room? by MarsTalks
Get a white noise machine. Put it next to the door or whatever wall you think the sound is coming through the most. It may sound loud to you at first if you've never used one of these before, but I promise you will get used to it and stop realizing it's there quickly.
This one is great for small spaces: https://www.amazon.com/Marpac-Machine-Non-Looping-Privacy-Therapy/dp/B07TK18KC2/ref=sr_1_8?crid=31QELNTG45NKE&keywords=white+noise+machine+for+adults&qid=1677399410&sprefix=white+noise+machine%5C%2Caps%2C100&sr=8-8

Try to get more wears out of your clothes between washes. This helps with laundry but also with making your clothes last longer. Hang stuff up if you plan to wear it again instead of just tossing it into a pile on a chair (....everyone else also has The Chair for the not-dirty-but-not-clean clothes right?) and make sure it's not like jammed packed in a closet so it can air out a little. You can also spray with something like Febreeze or a wrinkle releaser when you hang it up so that the stuff has time to work before you need to wear the clothes again. A clothes steamer is also great for "refreshing" clothes that don't feel just washed but also aren't actually dirty and you can get a small portable one if space is an issue.
For professional/business attire, or things like jeans, change as soon as you get back home. For things like swimsuits or work out clothes, rinse them if they're really sweaty or dirty and then hang them up to dry. If you're just going to work out in something and get all sweaty in it again, it doesn't need to be super clean when you start as long as it's not like disgustingly smelly and you're going to change/shower soon. You can wash smaller items or more delicate items like bras, gym shorts, blouses, etc in the sink. Baby shampoo works well as detergent for more delicate things (silk, satin, other delicate fabrics) that aren't that dirty but you might need to try out some speciality detergents for hand washing to find something that doesn't feel like it leaves a residue without the rinsing power of a machine.
For things like underwear that you really want cleaner than what you're going to get with a quick sink wash, either buy more underwear ...or just wear underwear less.

Mega Babe makes some great products to address this and other weird body issues. You can also check out the gel-type stuff that runners use on their feet to prevent blisters and just use it on your thighs. In a pinch, regular deodorant will also work (but it works better if it’s a “powdery” kind and not a gel…does that make sense? Like the more solid ones?) but you will have to reapply. There are also all kinds of shorts you can wear under your clothes from bike shorts to shape wear to light and not tight shorts made for this problem (just google around), but whether or not those work will depend on what kind of clothes you’re wearing over it. A lot of feminine styles shorts are too short to cover those things but they’re great with longer shorts or dresses/skirts.

Reply to LPT: Making everyday a great day by Studentmindset
LPT: let go of the pressure you put on yourself to have a “fulfilling and rewarding day” everyday. There’s nothing wrong with gratitude and trying to feel good and be productive. But also there’s nothing wrong with having a day here and there where you’re just not feeling it or where things actually do suck.
