-7°F outside, soup and sandwich was perfect.

Well, I mean. I don’t go shopping to make posts on here. It’s what I eat on a regular night. So the tuna steak I buy is small, and in this case I put it on my gas grill as hot as it gets, 3 min per side. I prefer a medium rare, feel I reasonably achieve that. And, yeah I slice it up after grilling into large bite size pieces for the plate.

I don’t know if it’s the camera or what, but there was no texture of raw tuna in each bite, not that there would be anything wrong with that to me, besides it was sushi quality tuna as well.

Anyway, the flavor and satisfaction of this dish is greatly missed in the number of up votes it got.

Need to work on the plating and photography I guess.

But tuna is delicious raw or cooked.
