Nope. Tons of aftermarket parts out there and that’s besides the point. I mean the software is all Apple looks at when it comes to this. You could buy new phones, swap the screens in their store and they’ll tell you your screen is now a fake.

It’s not genuine if you take it to an authorized repair center.
