If you want Baltimore style sour beef which is different then traditional sauerbraten this is the answer. The recipe was part of the sale of the original Belair Rd location in Perry Hall to the group that owns it now and attempted to make it a regional chain. I have it for lunch once a month during the winter.

Exactly, I really don't know how anyone could live with themselves doing that to people. To make matters worse anyone who takes their word will get met with a high pressure salesperson who will rob them blind. We had a customer recently that got a quote for the same equipment we quoted that was double our price.

Stay away from any home service business you see heavily advertising (Michael & Sons, Horizon, Len The Plumber, Blue Dot, etc.). Their business model relies on techs that are heavily incentivized to sell and not repair. The reason they advertise so much is that the business model does not support repeat customers. They want to take as much as they can and move on.

Thoughts from a contractor who pulls permits on every job:

-If you have already purchased the home and it passed a pre-purchase inspection you are just opening a can of worms that is going to just cause you a lot of aggravation and money. My experience with home inspectors is that they are all more nitpicky to cover themselves than any City/ County inspector is.

-There are entire states in this country that do not have any trade licensing/ permitting in place. Its more a way to protect contractors from competition and provide another revenue stream to local government than it is to protect the public.
