Biltmore Condo on Greyrock has a couple units. Check realtor.com. Nice place to live. Great gym and laundry room plus outdoor space.

At one point Stamford schools had adult Ed classes and they offered some crafty classes -quilting, etc. I took several classes and met some nice folks.
