I was at Giant Eagle in a separate part of town this morning (~11) and people trying to turn into the tiny front lot (like assholes) backed up traffic along the main roads for 3-4 blocks (could see it as I escaped back home). Wouldn't be surprised if this is due to a grocery store somewhere in the area

Also, the Pittsburgh Parking mobile app is VERY useful - extremely easy to pay $0.33/15 minutes most places you need to pay for parking and not worry about a big ticket.

They have lasers on cars they drive around that scan plates and use the online database of registrations to determine if you are permitted to park in various spots. Go here to sign up, but you need relevant bills/proof to get permits for neighborhoods - http://www.pittsburghparking.com/

I moved from the DMV area and it is 10 times better driving here, trust me. People who have only ever lived here have no idea what it's like trying to drive to your friend's house 5 miles away in an hour and the possibility of ending up on a one-way road to the Capitol if you make a wrong turn lol
