Only used Metro between the two. I had numerous folks including climatech and others tell me what I wanted was not possible and tried to sell me something I didn’t want. Truly had 10 or so folks all come out. Metro came out said it was possible and they could do it and stuck to their estimate. I have recommended them to numerous others since. Very happy. But based on comments. Sounds like either will be good. Good to have options.

This is in Wilkinsburg (as OP wrote). It's at the corner of Penn and Wilkinsburg.

Sounds like they likely just want to complain/vent. Your answer was more than sound.

That’s correct. They boarded from concourse E (where they do/did international) before you go up second set of escalators from the tram/train. Then walked out onto tarmac to board plane.

I flew with their predecessor (before acquisition, Sun Air IIRC). They hand wrote my boarding pass at the airport (I couldn’t do anything online) and they flew a Piper PA-31. I was the only one on the flight aside from the two pilots and it was a real experience. I am not a good flyer and I felt every bump. But cool to be able to see everything (no separate pilot compartment). Probably would do again, but it likely took years off my life.
Not sure if they still operate the same way.

Where did you move that the same store in Lawrenceville is no longer an option (but still applicable to the greater Pittsburgh area).
