Reply to Microsoft Outlook and Teams down for thousands around world by VORTXS

My company lives on Outlook but I cannot get any buy-in with Teams at all. Nobody likes it and nobody wants to learn it. Same story with OneDrive and Sharepoint. People are just confused by it when other, similar products are so much easier to use.

I wonder how widespread this is. Like if Teams is down for 50,000 people, how many of those don't care/notice?

Does this technology only work with this kind of ear-sealing earbud? I don't like this style, but I'd like the benefits in the amateur airpods.
