I'm pretty sure video's will be decoded to determine whether or not they are AI generated. The file will have to look identical to that of a video file; everything will be traced to it's source somehow so I don't think deep fakes will become much of an issue until they are both hyperealistic and the file data can disguise itself appearing to be actual footage.
