I generally wouldn’t suggest a big box store but the Brunswick Lowe’s appliance department is staffed by really nice people and they actually pick up the phone if you call and dial the extension for that department. They seem to have the most scratch and dents because of their volume. Agren is also worth calling. I would avoid ReStore for appliances.

“Operate at -31” at extremely low efficiency when you need heat the most. Is this really all that hard to understand? I’m an advocate for heat pumps but people don’t seem to understand that they are not miracles of science.
