Not a life pro tip. It's a manipulative tactic that anyone above the age of 15 can see through. The tip here is to be the opposite. Ask someone politely to do something and be genuine and thank them. Also be sure to reciprocate the favors.

They have a great campus as it is, will be curious to see how it improves. Unfortunately the place is still a shithole to work for.

The article is rating that there were no incidents at the celebration, not in the city. A guy got shot 9 times two blocks from me. If anything, there will be a large uptick in crime if they win the series. Opportunists will realize the focus is on that and not the streets.
