Well, TBD. It’s still, per my napkin math, about $515 of “free” development money per household in the city. The South Commerical extension in particular I think could do a lot for the south mill yard.

Interesting. People had their complaints but I bet she would’ve won re-election. I just want the RAISE projects expedited and some more downtown development fer Christsakes, hopefully her successor can keep us rolling that direction.

I mean what outcome do we hope to affect there? Assad won, as it was clear he would several years ago. Let’s pull the fuck out already, it’s not our country, it’s not our war, it’s barely even a matter of projecting force, it’s not like anyone is unaware we have aircraft carriers and ICBMs at this point.

AMR up here is better than it is nationally but at present seems like a bit of a circus, scheduling is mostly 12s but with plenty of variability, pay is not bad. Frisbie I don’t know about their pay or hours but it’s got a decent reputation among the people I know who work/worked there, it’s one of the only hospital-based systems around. You could probably also get on board at many fire departments and have them pay for your fire certs.
