Reply to Russia backs out of Black Sea Grain Initiative, supposedly in response to Sevastopol explosions by Ok-Pomegranate-7056
As far as I know 60% of all the grain exported by Ukraine in the last year were through the Romanian port of Constanta.
The grain is delivered through railways and danube, so they were not using the port in the first place. Or maybe I didn't understood the process?
