Could throw sloppy in there, too. If that's your fancy? lol
I was shoveling that super sloppy, brown mush in the road in front of my house when I got home today. You know that sound it makes... That wet, slappy sound. I know you know what I'm talking about. Today was prime for that! Wifey pulled in as I was paused, catching my breath. She asked if I was ok, and just replied; "Yeah... but man am I spent".

I work in public education, and it's been going around like crazy. Not sure how I've dodged it up to this point... but feel like my days are numbered at this point.

Yeah, it was expensive, but it was all stainless, and everything is expensive these days.
No harm in letting the wood sit if you had to. It will dry out more and be ok to burn the following year.

We used Chimney savers. They did a nice job, and the guys that came to do the work where nice, and they cleaned up nicely when they were done. No real complaints.

For what it's worth, it might be wise to have the inspection done prior to getting wood delivered and all that. May end up with a bunch of wood you can't use because you need to get your chimney lined or something before it's safe to use.
*Speaking as someone who just had an inspection and found that the chimney wasn't safe to use... and had to have it lined to the sum of around $4k.

You should probably at least say where the office is actually located, so we can help you decide what's within an hour of that location.
