This was a pre-split estimate from 2021 when Tesla was at ~$730 a share

This was a 2021 prediction and was pre-split. That would put it at $1,000. Her new target is $1,500 by 2027

Anything is possible. With exception to last year all of the ARK ETFs were soaring. Then again so were all tech stocks.
